Industry Groups Sue OSHA Over Process Safety Guidance

Several industry groups in the chemical sector and agribusiness have sued OSHA in U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit over controversial guidance documents the agency issued earlier this year as interpretations of the process safety management standard.
