Construction uptick leads to greater data collection under blasting rule

An overall spike in construction activity is leading OSHA to conclude that data collection burdens will increase under the standard on blasting and the use of explosives, according to a filing slated to appear in the Federal Register Thursday (June 11) with public comments due in 60 days.
