CSB sets public meeting on probes, operations

The U.S. Chemical Safety Board will hold a public meeting in Washington on Nov. 23 to discuss investigations into chemical accidents and operational activities expected through the end of this calendar year. The board will also provide an update on CSB audits conducted by the Environmental Protection Agency inspector general, which oversees the independent board. An opportunity for public comment will be provided, and commenters may submit written statements for the record, CSB says.
