House hearing set for bill reversing NLRB ruling

Republicans are ready to kick-start legislation filed in both chambers to effectively reverse a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) decision that created a more expansive test for joint employer status, which could open new enforcement avenues for OSHA by covering franchise corporations based on alleged violations by franchisees.
