OSHA adds to manual on fire service features

OSHA has added several new sections to its manual Fire Service Features of Buildings and Fire Protection Systems , in an effort to better protect emergency responders. Among the additions are new chapters on water supply and building phases, as well as new sections on energy conservation, emergency power, and numbering rooms and floors.
