OSHA seeks comment on data collection under cadmium standard

OSHA is seeking public comments on a proposal to extend collection of information requirements contained in the cadmium in general industry standard. The request was set to appear in the Thursday (June 11) Federal Register . The agency wants a decrease of 8,309 estimated burden hours (from 84,307 to 75,998 hours), mainly because of a determination that training delivery does not constitute a collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
