Appeals Court Delays Beryllium Rule Suit As Trump OSHA Plans Revisions

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit has delayed for a second time industry's lawsuit challenging the Obama administration's final rule overhauling limits for worker exposure to beryllium, noting that the Trump OSHA plans to seek comment on possible revisions and that settlement talks are ongoing.
