Trump Administration Plans To Nominate Fedex's Mugno To Head OSHA

The White House is expected to soon nominate Scott Mugno, a Fedex vice president, to lead OSHA, ending a long wait for a nominee that has drawn criticism from Senate Democrats and led agency officials to put new policy-making on old, according to published reports.
