Fairfax joins ORCHSE Strategies as senior consultant

Richard Fairfax, former deputy assistant secretary at OSHA, has been hired as a senior consultant at ORCHSE Strategies LLC, which has a focus on OSHA compliance, enforcement, rulemaking and other policy concerns. The firm has also hired Bill Hoyle, a former lead investigator with the Chemical Safety Board, as a senior consultant.
